Villa Buonanno

“Where to start. What a truly marvellous hotel. From the entrance, to the main grounds, to the gorgeous rooms; I was truly im awe of the whole flawless experience. From when I arrived I was warmly welcomed by the reception staff who checked me in around 12am. I went up to my very spacious room which had a gorgeous balcony and was able to unwind from a long day in a comfy bed. The AC worked perfectly throughout the stay, no drainage issues, lighting in the room was perfectly balanced and created a nice ambiance. There was a wedding when I stayed which I could watch from my balcony, and although the music was loud (as it should be during a lovely celebration) the noise died down before 11pm and did not disturb my rest at all. After all I’m on holiday and will not be heading into bed before that time anyway. I had a meal in the restaurant which was lovely and satisfying, the staff heard it was my birthday the hotel owner herself came and gave me nice gift which I will cherish as a memory of my lovely trip. Breakfast was also very lovely and there were enough options for me to have something different every day. Team Villa Buonanno, truly well done. The communication between staff is marvellous and you can tell it’s backed by a management team who truly cares about guest satisfaction. Cannot wait to be back.”

“The hotel is located in the nice place, not far from the airport. Big, bright, well-equipped room. Good breakfast was included, and they have very good restaurant for evening meal with reasonable prices. Free secure parking. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The only negative thing were mattresses: there were two beds joined together, and while one mattress was good, the second one was very soft.”
